How to turn a sermon into social media clips
- Watch the whole sermon and note the timestamps of clear, complete statements.
- Pick 30 to 90 seconds with a clear start and finish. Avoid cutting off in the middle of an argument.
- Reframe to vertical so the speaker stays centered.
- Add captions and check every word, especially names and scripture references.
- Write a caption that gives context and points to the full sermon.
- Have a pastor approve it before posting.
- Upload natively to Reels, Shorts, TikTok and Facebook.
